The RTG jackpots, and the three things this family does differently

Megasaur holding $1,042,490 after nine years without paying, the same titles published anywhere between 81 and 97.5 per cent depending on the house, and a weekly withdrawal ceiling of five thousand that not one of these thirteen addresses says a jackpot win escapes.

The part of this trade these pages had not covered

Every network described elsewhere on this site belongs to a supplier that publishes something, whether a "seed" (the figure a pot restarts from once it is won), a contribution rate or a press release on the day a pot falls. There is another half of this business which publishes almost none of that, and it is built on "RTG" (Real Time Gaming, trading since 2019 as SpinLogic), with "WGS" (Wager Gaming Software) and Rival sitting beside it at some of the addresses below.

We left this half out of these pages until now, and the omission was a gap rather than a verdict: the old site that this one replaces carried "reviews" (single pages, one per game) of Shopping Spree and of Crazy Dragon, and those addresses had nowhere sensible to point once the new pages went up.

Three things make the family different from everything else described here, and all three can be measured rather than merely asserted. The counters are enormous and have not moved in years, and the published return is chosen by the house rather than fixed by the supplier. Above both of those sits a ceiling on what may leave an account in a week, which not one of these houses says a jackpot win escapes.

Counters in seven figures that have not moved in a decade

We read the Casino Listings "tracker" (a page that reads the live counters and records when each last paid) for this family on 19 October 2026, and the figures deserve setting out exactly as they stood, because the gap between the number and the date is the whole point. Aztec's Millions held $1,821,509 on its "counter" (the running figure a lobby displays) and had last paid five years and eleven days earlier. Megasaur held $1,042,490 and had last paid nine years and forty-three weeks earlier.

Spirit of the Inca runs five "levels" (separate tiers of one game, each with its own counter) rather than one pot, and the two at the ends of that "ladder" (the levels ranked from smallest to largest) tell the same story twice: its "Major" last fell ten years and twelve weeks ago, and its "Mini" ten years and thirty-seven weeks ago.

Those intervals are not an accident of the week we looked, they are the ordinary condition of this family, and the judgement this site already published about two Playtech pools on how often these jackpots fall applies to them without a word being changed: a pool that pays once a decade is a counter with a number on it rather than a product anybody plays!

One limit belongs beside all of that, and we would rather state it than let it be inferred. No tracker we found publishes a seed for a single RTG jackpot (Casino Listings does not give one, and neither does any supplier page we could reach), so you cannot be told how much of that $1,821,509 has accumulated from play and how much of it is simply where the counter starts.

A return the house chooses, between 81 and 97.5 per cent

This is the finding that ought to change how a reader treats the whole family, and it reaches us from a source with nothing to sell: Wizard of Odds, which takes no advertising from casinos, records that RTG games ship with selectable "return" settings (the share of stakes a game is configured to pay back). The settings it lists are 91.5, 95 and 97.5 per cent on the older titles, then 97.5, 96.25, 95 and 91 on the later ones.

Worse than a choice between four settings is what the operators' own listings show, because the same page records titles appearing at ranges of 81 to 97.5 per cent, of 87 to 97.5 and of 91 to 97.5, with one game (Mermaid's Pearls) carrying a floor of 80. That is sixteen points of difference on a single title, decided by whoever opened the account rather than by whoever wrote the game.

Set that against the gap this site makes a point of on its own Mega Moolah page, which runs to seven points between titles chasing the same prize and which we called the figure nobody prints. Here the spread is more than double, and it sits inside one title rather than between several. Wizard of Odds describes the supplier's position on this as a "lack of clarity", which is a courteous phrase for a number a player cannot find anywhere.

Five thousand a week, and nothing said about a jackpot

A jackpot is worth only what can actually leave the account, and this family writes that rate into its own terms rather than leaving it to practice. SlotoCash states it in clause 30, "Weekly withdrawal limit is $5,000"; Uptown Aces sets the same figure in clause 29, "There is a weekly withdrawal limit of up to $5,000 per week", and Uptown Pokies repeats that wording exactly, while Ozwin's clause 28 puts the ceiling at "up to $7,500 AUD".

We then searched each of those documents for the word jackpot, and the result is the part of this page you should take away from it: not one of them says a progressive jackpot win falls outside the weekly ceiling. The clauses that do mention jackpots are dealing with something else entirely, namely whether a jackpot won on "bonus" money (credit the house advances against a wagering condition) is capped by that bonus, which it is.

Do the division before depositing rather than after winning, because the arithmetic is not close. Five thousand a week comes to $260,000 in a year (fifty-two payments, assuming none is delayed), so the $1,042,490 standing on Megasaur would take four years to collect at the rate these houses state, and the $1,821,509 on Aztec's Millions would take seven, which is longer than most people keep the same bank account! A prize collected across seven years is a different product from the one advertised on the "counter", and the counter does not mention it.

What the licences actually say

Every other card on this site carries a regulator and a company that a reader can look up, whether a Gambling Commission account number, a numbered Malta licence or a named company in the iGaming Ontario "directory" (the provincial list of registered operators); these thirteen carry nothing of the kind. The distribution is worth printing rather than summarising.

Nine of them describe a Curaçao licence without publishing either a number or a "holder" (the company the licence is actually issued to); Slots Plus names Panama, and Sun Palace is recorded as Costa Rica or Panama with no way to tell which of the two it is. Vegas Casino Online names no regulator anywhere we could find, and our own register notes that it confiscates a "dormant" account (one left untouched for long enough, by the house’s own definition, for the balance to be claimed), while Las Vegas USA has been trading since 1999 with no licence we were able to verify at all.

One of the thirteen has something stronger than an absence standing against it, because the Michigan Gaming Control Board cautioned Ripper Casino on 7 April 2026, and the act of a state regulator is a fact rather than an opinion; the brand's own pages, when we read them, name neither a licence nor an operating company beyond a line of copyright.

That is why none of these thirteen appears in the lists on the rest of this site and why they appear together here instead: they are not comparable with the addresses on those pages, and setting them in the same table would quietly suggest that they were.

The thirteen addresses below are listed for completeness rather than as recommendations. Every one of them is "offshore" (licensed, if at all, somewhere that asks little and publishes less), not one publishes a licence number a reader can check, and the weekly ceilings quoted above apply to each of them that states one at all. We hold the affiliate links for all thirteen, and we would far rather you read this page than click them.

Questions

Are the RTG jackpots shared between casinos or local to one?

Both, and the catalogue will not tell you which is which. Casino Listings names Aztec’s Millions, Jackpot Piñatas and Shopping Spree as pooled across casinos, and says smaller private jackpots exist that can be won at one address only. It does not classify the rest, so for most of these games the question has no published answer.

Why is the same RTG game listed at 81 per cent at one casino and 97.5 at another?

Because the setting belongs to the operator rather than to the supplier. Wizard of Odds records RTG shipping with selectable return settings of 91, 95, 96.25 and 97.5 per cent, and listings showing the same titles across a range of sixteen points. There is no single published figure for an RTG title, which is the practical difference between this family and the European networks.

If I won a million on Megasaur, how long would it take to collect?

At the rate these houses write into their own terms, about four years. SlotoCash clause 30 and Uptown Aces clause 29 both set a weekly ceiling of $5,000, which is $260,000 a year, and neither document says a progressive jackpot win is outside that ceiling. Ozwin sets AU$7,500. We would do that division before depositing rather than after winning.

Why are these thirteen not in the main lists on this site?

Because every card elsewhere on these pages carries a regulator and a company you can look up in a public register, and none of these can. Nine describe a Curaçao licence with no number or holder published, one names Panama, one gives Costa Rica or Panama without saying which, one names no regulator at all, and one has no licence we could verify. Listing them beside the others would suggest they were comparable.

Is a frozen counter a reason to play or a reason not to?

Neither on its own, and the trade usually sells it as the first. A draw has no memory, so nine years without a win does not make the next spin likelier. What a decade-long interval does tell you is how rarely the money moves, and on this family it sits alongside a return the house selects and a ceiling on what leaves the account, which together are three reasons to read before depositing.
