Best Jackpot Casino

Disclaimer

A guide to jackpot games and the pools behind them, which is not a casino, not an operator and not a regulator, and which publishes dated figures rather than advice, forecasts or promises.

What this site is, in the terms that matter if something goes wrong

A "disclaimer" is usually a page of defensive noise, and the useful version of one says what a site actually is, what it actually does, and which of your expectations it cannot meet. This is a guide. It describes jackpot games and the "pools" (the shared funds that hold the money, across a hundred casinos at once) behind them, it describes the operators whose catalogues carry those pools, and it does nothing else whatever. It is a "guide" in the oldest sense: somebody who has read the map and will tell you what is on it.

Best Jackpot Casino is not a casino, not an operator, not an agent or a representative of one, and not a regulator (the name is unhelpful on the first point, which is why it gets said twice here). Nothing here is an offer to gamble, an inducement to open an account, or a service of any kind beyond the reading of it (we take no deposit, hold no float and settle no bet).

Nothing on these pages is advice

The information here is published for general interest and nothing in it is legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, nor is it advice about whether to gamble, how much to stake, or which game to choose. There is no "best game" named anywhere on this site, and the absence is deliberate rather than an oversight. A reader who needs an answer about the law of a particular country needs a lawyer in that country, and a reader wondering whether a stake is affordable has a far better source than any website: your own bank statement.

There is no advice here on "strategy" either, for the simple reason that none exists to give. A jackpot is opened by a "trigger" inside the game, nobody outside the studio has ever seen that trigger, and the suppliers do not publish the probability of the top level; a page claiming to teach a "method" for winning one is either guessing or selling something (usually the second, and usually to you).

No figure on this site is a prediction, no "interval" between past wins is a forecast of the next one, and nothing here should be read as suggesting that a jackpot can be planned for. Responsible gambling sets out what that means in practice, with the help services by market.

The figures are dated, and the terms are the operator's

Every figure here carries the date it was read, because a "seed" (the figure a level restarts from) changes when a supplier changes it, a licence lapses when a regulator says so (and the register, rather than the operator, is where that shows), a game is renamed by its own maker, and a jackpot falls at a moment nobody controls. A date is the only honest way to publish any of that. A figure without one is a claim about the present dressed up as a fact.

What governs an actual account is the operator's own terms, and not a word on this site. The "qualifying stake" (the minimum at which a jackpot becomes available at all), the eligibility of a game, the treatment of a "bonus", the limits on a withdrawal, the verification of a document and the handling of a jackpot win are all matters for the house and its licence (the ceiling on a monthly withdrawal is the one of those worth finding before depositing, and what a counter becomes in the hand explains why); where our description and the operator's terms disagree, the operator's terms are what apply ("the terms and conditions prevail" is not a formality here) and ours is what needs correcting.

This site is kept as right as it can be kept, with no claim at all to have succeeded everywhere.

Some of what is published here rests on sources we have graded as weak and labelled as such (rank five of the five on how we review), several figures the trade quotes confidently are missing from these pages because nobody has ever published them (the "odds" of a top level being the largest of those gaps), and a correction sent to contact is acted on rather than filed!

How the site is paid, and what that does not buy

Some links to casinos on these pages are affiliate links, which means a reader who registers through one may earn us a commission from the operator ("revenue share", in the usual arrangement), at no cost to you. The row at the head of every page says so, about says so at greater length, and the arrangement changes nothing about the order of the list or the content of a sentence: the houses are ordered by the authority whose register we were able to read, and there are no "star ratings" here at all.

No operator has paid for a mention, a position or a form of words, and none has seen a page before publication. If that ever changes, it gets written on the pages describing the method (with the date) rather than left for somebody to discover.

Where our responsibility ends

This site has no control over the sites it links to, and no responsibility for them. An operator's content, its terms, its software, its payment processing, its customer service and its treatment of a particular player are the operator's own, and a dispute about any of them is between the player and the house (we are not a party to it and cannot become one); the route that works runs through the operator's complaints procedure, then the dispute resolution body named in its terms (every licence worth the name requires one to be named), then the regulator that issued the licence.

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for a loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on anything published here (a "loss" meaning one of money, of opportunity or of data), including a loss arising from a figure that has changed since it was read, from a link that no longer works, or from an "outage" of the site itself. That is the standard sentence of its kind. We would rather state it plainly than bury it, and it displaces no right a reader has that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in it affects the rights a consumer has under the law of their own country.

Names, marks and material that belongs to somebody else

The names of the games, the networks, the suppliers and the operators discussed on this site belong to their owners, and they are used here for identification and for comment; that is what a guide is for. No "endorsement" by any of them is implied, and none has been given.

The figures themselves are nobody's property in any useful sense: a "return to player" published by a supplier, a licence number in a public register and the date a level last fell are facts, and this site claims no rights over a fact. What belongs to this site is the arrangement, the tables and the prose, and a reader who wants to reuse one of the ten tables is welcome to ask!

Age, and the law of the place you are reading from

Gambling is for adults and for nobody else, whatever the law of a particular country happens to set as its own threshold. This site applies eighteen as a minimum everywhere, and nineteen where a province requires it (Ontario does), and it applies the more cautious rule wherever two of them apply at once.

The operators listed on our pages address the international, non-regulated market and do not hold a licence in every country from which our readers arrive: before registering, it is the player's responsibility to check that the law of the country in which he or she is located allows playing with that operator.

Questions

Is anything on this site gambling advice?

No. The pages are published for general interest and nothing in them is legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, nor advice about whether to gamble, how much to stake or which game to choose. There is no strategy page here either, because no supplier publishes the probability of a top jackpot and a method for winning one cannot be built on figures nobody has.

What happens if your figures differ from the casino's terms?

The operator's terms apply and our page is what needs correcting. The qualifying stake, the eligibility of a game, the treatment of a bonus and the handling of a jackpot win are all matters for the house and its licence. Send the discrepancy to the contact address and the page will be changed.

Are you responsible for the casinos you link to?

No. An operator's content, terms, software, payments and treatment of a particular player are its own. A dispute runs through the operator's complaints procedure, then the dispute resolution body named in its terms, then the regulator that issued the licence.

Do the game and casino names on this site belong to you?

No. They belong to their owners and are used here for identification and comment. No endorsement by any supplier or operator is implied, and none has been given.
